A structured, progression‑based training ecosystem for people who want to rise through levels of strength, conditioning, and movement mastery.
This isn’t random workouts.
This is a ranked performance system designed to develop resilient, capable, high‑performing humans — one level at a time.
If you want accountability, structure, community, and a clear path to elite performance, you’re in the right place.
EPS is performance‑driven. If you want random workouts or generic “fitness”, this isn’t it.

The Echelon Ranking System
A structured 8‑level progression model — each level with its own identity, standards, and expectations.
Every level includes:
-
Entry requirements
-
Assessment tests
-
Movement standards
-
Colour band or patch
-
Progression pathways
This gives you clarity, direction, and a sense of achievement as you rise through the ranks.

Levels & Identity
Bands
Our training follows a simple, modular progression built for long‑term results.
Athletes move through clear levels that develop movement quality, strength, conditioning, power, and high‑level performance, finishing with peak readiness for competition.
Each level unlocks new standards, challenges, and patches to keep progress clear and motivating.

Assessments That Drive Progress
Bi-monthly assessments give you objective clarity on your development:
-
Strength
-
Conditioning
-
Movement quality
-
Performance tasks
-
Optional body composition (never weight‑loss focused)
You always know exactly where you stand — and what’s required to level up.
EPS is for people who want objective progression — not motivation, not guesswork.
You’ll do well in EPS if you want:
-
a clear training structure you can follow consistently
-
standards that tell you exactly where you stand
-
measurable progress across strength, engine, and hybrid capacity
Not for:
If you’re looking for “quick fixes”, constantly changing plans, or coaching that revolves around vibes rather than standards, EPS won’t be a fit.

How to Join the Echelon Performance System
The Echelon Performance System is a structured training environment built around progression, placement, and performance.
Before you begin, we’ll establish where you currently sit — so you can enter the system at the right level and progress properly.
Step 1 — Apply
Submit a short application covering:
-
your training background
-
any current injuries or limitations
-
your goals
This allows us to ensure the system is a good fit for you.
Step 2 — Acceptance & Entry
If accepted, you’ll be invited to join the Echelon Performance System and choose your starting membership:
-
Core
-
Performance Plus
-
Elite
Step 3 — Complete Your Entry Assessment
Once inside the system, you’ll complete your EPS Performance Assessment.
You’ll submit simple video evidence of key movement and performance tasks.
This is not about maxing out — it’s about giving us a clear, objective snapshot of where you currently are.
Step 4 — Placement & Programme
Based on your assessment, you’ll receive:
-
your starting level (Level 1–5)
-
your training programme
-
any recommendations on structure or progression
Step 5 — Train, Progress, Reassess
You’ll follow your level-specific programme and reassess every 8 weeks to move through the system.
Progression is built into the structure — not left to chance.
Important
This isn’t a test you “pass” or “fail.”
It’s a performance snapshot — your starting point inside the system.
From there, everything is about building upward.
